If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

What does a Digital Marketing Manager do?

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work directly with the leadership team (Product, Sales, Marketing and work with vendors to launch Demand Generation campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Support the design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing/ Demand Generation / Campaign managements
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Experience in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

The candidate is an experienced creative and has the crucial role of guiding and creating our design and branding in digital and print media, maintaining a current and fresh visual feel. In addition, we are looking for a creative to help produce and direct digital and print innovative solutions to address our global marketing needs. This position at Prosimo is a role for a visual designer, communicator, and problem-solver who wants to have their hands in several things simultaneously; who can deliver end-to-end design across media types, screens, formats, and technologies; and who can collaborate well. 

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. In addition, it would be best if you also had experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, and product packaging. Ultimately, you will ensure all design and creative assets produced internally or contracted to promote our brand aligned to our messaging and values as a company.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Head of Marketing, Head of Product and the CEO to provide a team effort on all projects and ensure we stay on brand and schedule
  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute various marketing and sales touch-points on global campaigns (Banners, Ads, collateral, Web, social, events, webinars, etc.)
  • Partner with copywriters and critical stakeholders to ensure all creative is aligned and communicate an on-brand message
  • A strong strategic acumen for building timeless brands through brand architecture
  • Help create brand systems and design solutions with a high level of craft and attention to details to support visual identity platforms, systems, typography, palette, illustration, iconography systems
  • Build systems to enable Partners and the practice to scale effectively across global marketing efforts
  • Work cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas
  • Collaborate with creatives, program managers, leadership, stakeholders, and production agencies to serve a global audience
  • Presentation of ideas: The clear and confident articulation of your ideas to our internal stakeholders and internal teams alike
  • Participate in design efforts outside of your area of expertise as a necessity and as your skillset dictates

Requirements

  • The ability to work on multiple projects on a high caliber level
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and work with multiple timelines and teams in different time zones
  • Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
  • Experience executing and managing design for B2B and B2C companies. In an agency or in-house
  • Branding knowledge—Follow design direction and uphold consistency of the brand across all media
  • Expertise in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to create Icon and illustration for diagrams and original concepts
  • Ability to create concepts from initial concept to final execution
  • Demonstrated experience in digital and print design, system building, strategic conceptual skills, and creating and managing work from ideation to final production
  • Experience across the full palette of design expression: traditional, digital, social, experiential, and ideas that drive earned media
  • A thoughtfully presented portfolio demonstrates feature work across brand systems and campaign design, refined aesthetic, the ability to think conceptually, and excellent visual design skills.

THE ROLE:

As a Data Scientist in Prosimo, you will be responsible for exploratory data analysis and creating insights from the data. Being in an agile team, you will also influence any additional metric and other engineering changes needed to improve model creation and accuracy. You will be working closely with SMEs in networking and cloud, to create novel solutions and extend Prosimo's Machine Learning capabilities - CIRRUS. You be responsible for building models and lead the development and deployment into the Prosimo solution [AXI] and evaluate it in real customer deployments. In this role, we expect our Data Scientist to be obsessed with data and providing insights to help our end customers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build a highly scalable distributed system that can process billions of metrics per second, build intelligent complex event processing and ML-based decision systems to automate security, capacity, and root cause operational issues
  • Prior experience with time-series data is preferable
  • Design systems that manage lifecycle and processing of large streaming data sets, evaluate and create new ML models
  • Develop online algorithms that can auto-learn models best suited to the application, keeping cost and interpretability in mind
  • Deploy the algorithms and models in GCP or cloud platforms
  • Develop retraining and online model performance monitoring strategies

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
