Snr Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing is responsible for developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging for the Prosimo platform and the use cases we are unlocking. The role is pivotal in telling Prosimo’s most important and interesting stories to educate customers about what is possible when you think differently about Cloud infrastructure and autonomous Cloud Networking.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team including product managers to achieve the team’s marketing goals and drive growth for the business. This role will have a strong emphasis on the opportunity identification, solution design, creation, execution, and optimization of growth campaigns including email, in-product, and offline channels. Success in this role means working cross-functionally to design, launch, and analyze marketing campaigns.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will help define our positioning, messaging and enable our growing sales team. Your primary focus will be developing narratives around the benefits of a new approach to Cloud Networking and messaging and positioning in collaboration with the Product / TME / SA teams. You will create compelling content to help customers understand use cases and value propositions, and integrate this content into the right field and partner marketing programs, to drive customer engagement, customer acquisition, and service adoption. You will also work with the engineering teams to shape the product vision and prioritize features. You’ll get to work on a new and rapidly growing business and have a big impact every day.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and our tech alliance partner engineering teams to distill key functionality and benefits for upcoming multi-cloud adoption into product marketing messages.
  • Engage with Demand Gen, field, and partner marketing teams to identify and integrate messaging and content into lead generation, customer engagement, and product adoption-focused marketing programs.
  • Own the development of joint value propositions and messaging for Prosimo and Strategic Partners.
  • Craft & develop compelling audience-specific messages as well as presentations, customer success stories, and videos.
  • Develop and execute on Prosimo and/or partner-led breakthrough product marketing activities that reach target audiences effectively.
  • Work with sales to ready our general and specialized sales teams on our joint value propositions and messaging.
  • Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences (analysts, customers, Prosimo session and/or third-party public events) on Prosimo and joint partner messaging for our platform
  • Collaborate with Product / TME / SE teams to develop cross-portfolio joint partner messaging and content
  • Enable sales [BDR –> AE] on marketing postioning and product features and benifits

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5+ years of marketing experience
· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
· Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA and 7+ years’ experience in product/digital marketing
· Strong written skills
· Experience in leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
· Conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
· Self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment
· Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· An entrepreneurial drive, track record of trying new things and a proven ability to bring others along
· Strong analytic and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
